Seems with your husband unemployed (now) and only one mortgage that is 98K for debt one still can not get financed in this economy. And apparently NO ONE is lending for small business.
Anyone want to invest? LOL.
O'well maybe someday but not this day.
My husband and I have a small business, too (real estate -- specializing in equestrian properties) and it is almost impossible to get financing now...It was not always like this, but the lending climate is so dramatically different. We had a tough time just getting a credit card for our business....
