It's Getting Closer

Just 7 more days until we fly to Long Beach California for the Eukanuba dog show !! I'm soooo excited and can't wait for this huge event.

A representative from P&G/Eukanuba contacted me through this blog and asked if I would be interested in blogging about my experiences while at the show.  In return we get free passes to the events and Expo.  I'll be blogging anyway so of course I'll contribute!

Not only will there be confirmation/breed shows but Agility, Obedience and Dock Dog competitions.   I've not see Dock Dog live yet, only seen it on TV a time or two so I really want to go see that.  Maybe hit a bit of Obedience and Agility if time allows.

I'm going to get some riding time in this weekend.  I miss it so much that I changed my header to a picture I took while hacking out on Rosie this past summer.   I'm also going to see if my wide tree Aussie saddle fits Rosie.  If it does I'll switch the stirrups out and get an english girth converter for it and use it when hacking out.  If it doesn't I'm going to clean it up and sell it as it's taking up space and it's too wide for Bonnie.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and family time this weekend!!!

I've seen dock dog events....so exciting!

I know what you mean about posting photos for a new header to remind you of good experiences that you're not able to do right now. That's why I changed my blog header, too. Those photos are to remind me of happier times. :)
