It's Been Years

Like 18 years since the bathroom scales read less then 140 pounds (and not 139) when I step on it!
Yeah Me!


  1. Congratulations - keep on eating healthy and keep moving and you'll do fine!

  2. Wow! Less than 140 seems like a distant memory for me. Totally unattainable unless I go off the meds that cause me to retain water weight. Eating healthy and exercise works for some genes, but not mine. Sounds like you got the good genes. Congrats.
